‘Best Before’ Value Limit Extended in Product Master — Fixed

Bug Description:

In the Product Master, users were unable to enter a Best Before value greater than 100, limiting configurations for long shelf-life products.

Resolution:

This restriction has been lifted in Version 4.0.00.02.

Steps to Ensure Proper Functioning:

  1. Update to Version 4.0.00.02.

  2. Go to Product Master and edit or create a product.

  3. Enter a Best Before value above 100.

  4. The system will now accept and save it successfully.

Fix Explanation:

The field validation has been updated to allow larger values, supporting a wider range of expiry configurations.
