GST returns

I have upgraded to Unisolve 16.2.21 version and generated GSTR 1 summary but my CA is not able to file return using the data in that format. kindly advise if i need to upgrade to a newer version .

Secondly, what facility are provided by M/s.Karvy and M/s.GST Sure and how to enrol for the same .
