In Version 3.2.17.00, users were previously unable to send emails from the Sales Invoice, Challan, Order, and Receipt Browser when transactions were locked.

This issue has been fixed in Version 3.2.17.00. Follow these steps to send emails successfully:

Steps to Send Emails:

  1. Update to Version 3.2.17.00.
  2. Navigate to Sales Module > Sales Invoice/Challan/Order/Receipt Browser.
  3. Select the desired transaction.
  4. Click on "Send Email."
  5. Verify that the email is successfully sent.
