Customers couldn’t see Sales Returns in the Payment Counter, causing operational delays in refund and adjustment processes.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in Version 4.0.00.01.
Steps to Ensure Proper Functioning:
Update to Version 4.0.00.01.
Go to Payment Counter.
Check for Sales Return transactions — they will now appear correctly.
