We’re excited to announce the release of SwilERP Version 4.0.00.02. This update includes important fixes, performance improvements, and new enhancement to make your daily operations smoother.

New Update

1. New "Manufacture" Filter in AWACS Sales & Stock Statement:

A new “Manufacture” button has been added to the AWACS Sales and Stock Statement report, allowing you to filter products by manufacturer more easily.

Problem Resolutions

1. Loose Stock Visibility Issue – Resolved: Fixed the issue where Stock and Product Stock were not displaying in loose units on the product list, even when “Sell Loose” was set to Yes in the Product Master.

2. Version Update Resume Issue – Fixed: Resolved the issue where the update process didn’t proceed to the next step if it was abnormally terminated earlier. The update now resumes smoothly.

3. Shelf-Wise Printing Error – Fixed: Resolved the issue where shelf-wise printing showed an error if a section in the Section Master was not assigned to any Shelf ID. It now handles such cases properly.

4. "Best Before" Field Limit Issue – Resolved: Fixed the issue where the “Best Before” field in the Product Master was not accepting values greater than 100. It now supports higher values as expected.
