Transaction Vouchers Deleted While Saving from Review — Fixed

Update Description

Fixed an issue where vouchers were deleted when saving a transaction from Review. If a surplus was generated but the transaction failed to save due to an error, the auto-generated surplus was also deleted.

Resolution

Fixed in Version 5.0.00.14.

Steps to Ensure Proper Functioning

  1. Update SwilERP to Version 5.0.00.14.
  2. Open the required transaction from Review.
  3. Save the transaction.
  4. Verify that vouchers are retained even if a saving error occurs.
  5. Confirm that any auto-generated surplus is handled correctly.

The transaction saving process from Review has been improved to prevent vouchers and auto-generated surplus entries from being incorrectly deleted when a transaction fails to save.
