Analyzing Sales Performance by Product in SwilERP Enterprise


Product Sales Analysis entails a thorough evaluation of sales data within the SwilERP Enterprise system. This analysis aims to uncover valuable insights on product performance, facilitating informed decisions to enhance sales and profitability. Key metrics such as sales volumes, revenue, and customer preferences are typically assessed for this purpose.  Plus, it's fully customizable to suit your specific requirements.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Analysis section > Product Wise Sales.

How to Analyze the Report:

  • Set a Date Range: Choose a starting and ending date for the period you want to analyze.
  • Pick the Report Type:  If you want a summary, detailed, monthly, or daily report.
  • Choose the Sales Data: Select the sales transactions you're interested in.
  • Use Filters (if necessary): If you want to narrow down the data, apply filters for Product or Customer.
  • Select the Series, Sales Person, or Invoice Attribute, if required.
  • Finally, press the "View" button to see your customized report.

    1. You can also Drag fields between the four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, and Values.
    2. Accordingly, data is reflected in the Analysis Grid section.

    To Customize your report:

    1. Right-click on the chosen field in the Drag Fields area (e.g., Name to Display).
    2. Select Field Settings from the menu for customization.

    1. Clicking opens the "Field Setting: Name to Display" window, providing multiple customization options.
    2. Inside the window, you'll find various customization choices, including:
    1. Filter
    2. Subtotals
    3. Show As
    4. Format
    5. Display
    6. High Values
    7. Low Values
    1. For example, you want to view the count of Name to Display field.
    2. Navigate to Subtotals and select the Count option.
    3. Confirm your selection by clicking the OK button, and the system will display the count of the "Name to Display" option as specified.

    1. Click on the Chart option to view the report in chart format.
    2. Here you'll see the analyzed Sales details in chart format.

    1. You can also view details of Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
    2. Click on the Raw Data option there you will see all the raw details.

    To save Customized Report:

    1. To save your customized report, follow these steps:
    1. Enter the desired report name.
    2. Click on the Save option.

    To Print/Preview & Export the Sales Analyze Report:
    1. Go to the Display section.
    2. Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.
    3. Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
