How to Analyze Ledger Display in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What is a Ledger Display?

The Ledger Display in SwilERP offers a concise summary of transactions, whether for the current month or a customized timeframe. It includes essential details like starting and ending balances, along with a breakdown of transactions by account. This feature allows users to easily spot irregularities, such as unusual ending balances, expense accounts with credits, or revenue accounts with debits. It functions akin to a pivot table, enabling flexible data customization to meet specific needs.

For Example, You select the account group name as Bank Accounts. In the next columns, you'll see every bank accounts details with their Entry number, cheque number, Ledger Date, Month, Name of print, Debit/ Credit amount, Entry Month, and many more information.

Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Analysis Section> Ledger Display.

How to Analyze Ledger Display

With SwilERP you can analyze your ledger display report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view all the transactions details. Follow the below-given steps to know the process:
  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Select the Date Range "From" to "To", in which you want to view the report.
  3. Select the following options to view the details according to this:
    1. Month wise
    2. Day wise
    3. Voucher Detail
    4. General Ledger
    5. General Ledger Summary
  4. Click on the View option.

  1. After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
  2. You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
  3. The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the Ledger's chart along with reflected every detail.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and there you will see Ledger Display Report.

To Print and Preview the Ledger Display

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Select the Print and Preview option to take printout of the report.

To Export the File in Excel Format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
