How to View Batch/ Color/ MRP Wise Details in SwilERP


SwilERP software lets users easily access and view important information about a product, including its batch number, color, and price (MRP). This feature is especially helpful after creating a sales bill, as it allows users to quickly check and review these product details in one place.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Invoice.
  2. Or, you can click on the (+) sign to directly open the Sales Invoice.
  3. A new window of Sales Invoice will appear in the next slide.
  4. Select the Options i.e. Month/Date/Entry/Year to browse the invoices. Or users can open the previous invoice by clicking on the Previous option in sales invoice.

How to View Product Details in Sales Invoice

  1. Go to the View section.
  2. Access previously created invoices through the "Previous" option or use the shortcut key Alt+Up.

  1. Now, go to the Review section.
  2. Click on the Batch/ Color/ MRP Wise Detail option to view the details.

  1. After that, a new pop-up window will appear in the next slide.
  2. There you will products details of which have created sales invoice.
  3. Here users can select the Batch, Color, or MPR option to view details accordingly.
  4. For example, you want view MRP wise details.
  5. Then select the MRP option from the drop-down list and click on the View option.
