Managing the retail and distribution business of multiple branches involves immense challenges. Traditional methods of maintaining the operation of multiple branches do not allow you to get a clear analysis of your branch data. So to organize everything correctly, you need to update your software with customer-driven features.
In RetailGraph, a new gripping feature is added. The option is well-suited for all users who manage multiple branches. This option is available in the
System Default section named
”Allow Branch-Wise Adjustment”. If you select this feature, each branch is allowed to see the core adjustments in the transaction that are related to the branch itself. This feature ensures the management of the same branch adjustment of customer data separately across all branches. It reduces the complexity of managing different branches across the business and provides data clarity. With this, the branch gets quick information about customer adjustments with just one click.
You can easily navigate to the option by using the following steps:
1. Click on the
Start button.
2. Select the
Options menu.
3. Choose
System Default.
4. Enter
Password and click on the
Submit button.
5. The
System Default window opens.
6. Under the
Others tab, you will get the option
”Allow Branch Wise Adjustment” at the bottom-right corner.
7. Tick mark the associated checkbox and click on the
Save button.
Note: By default, the feature is disabled for all existing users; if necessary, you need to follow the above steps.
