How to view Purchase Challan Analysis Report in SwilERP


Overview of Purchase Challan Analysis Report:

Challan summary reports show the purchase challan details of the party and the amount. In this article, you can view the analyzed purchase Challan report. In SwilERP software, there is an option in the Analysis section to view the Purchase Challan Summary report.

  

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:-

  1.  Go to the Analysis > Purchase Analysis (Old) > Challan Summary.

How to set the parameters to view the details:

  1. Go to the Area-Product section.
  2. Enter the Date-Range 'From to To'.
  3. Select the Report Type as in Summary/Detail/Monthly/Quarterly/Cumulative, etc.
  4. Select Series if required.
  5. If the users want to apply the filter in the Report, they can select the Product/Sales Person/Vendor tab and use all the required filters.
  6. Select Invoice Attribute, if needed.
  7. Now, click on the View tab.
  Note: Right-click and select the set grid layout to view the required details in the report.

How to convert the report into the Chart form:

  1. Select the Area-Product section.
  2. Select data or any column to convert into the chart form.
  3. Click on the Chart tab and select the chart form as per requirement.

How to Print/Preview & Export the report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview tab to take the printout.
  3. Click on the 'T' point to export the report into Excel & other formats.
