Change User ID & Password
How to change the user ID & Password of the operator in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software
If the user wants to change the Id and Password to operators they can do it in the SwilERP. In this article, we will discuss how to change it. The user needs to follow the below steps:-
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
- Go to the Masters menu.
- Select Resources > User.

After that, the given below window will appear on the next slide. And you can see all the users' names here which you have created previously. You will select here the user, for which you want to change the Id & Password. After selecting click on the Edit tab.

- You can see here the Login Id and Password of the user which you have selected above.
- Suppose we want to change this "Login Id & Password".

- As per your requirement enter the Login Id in the respective column.
- Now, enter whatever you want to be the password in the Password column.
- After that enter the same password in a column of Confirm Password.
- Now, to save details click on Save button.

- In the below-given window, you can see the Login Id has changed.

By following this process, you can change the Login Id and Password of your SwilERP Software.
