How to Change Desktop Image in SwilERP Software


In SwilERP Software, users can change their dashboard/ desktop image. This option allows users to set desktop image at their convenience. Also, with the help of this option, users can easily change & remove the desktop image. And can set the system's default image on the desktop again. Following are the easy steps to learn the process of changing the dashboard image.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Step:1 Give User Rights for Changing the Image

  1. Go to the Administrator Menu> User Rights.
  2. After that, a new window of User Rights will appear.

  1. Now, select the user to which you want to give rights.
  2. Click on the Edit option.

  1. Scroll to the next appearing window, and select the Change Background option.
  2. Tick mark in all check boxes, excluding the first box of "No."
  3. To save the window, click on Save.

Note: After giving user rights, you have to logout the SwilERP software & re-login it. The Change Background option will appear after re-login the software.

Step:2 Change the Desktop Image
  1. After that, go back to the SwilERP dashboard.
  2. Click on the Next screen option.

  1. Click on the Right Tab of your mouse.
  2. Then, click on the Change Background option.

  1. After clicking on change background option a new window will open for selecting file path.
  2. Select the image which you want to put on your software dashboard.
  3. Now, click on Open button.

  1. After that, your SwilERP dashboard image changed successfully.

Note:- If you want to reinstall the old dashboard image, right-click on the dashboard and select the "Restore Default Desktop" option.
