How to Change the Rate of an item in SwilERP

In SwilERP Software, users have the ability to adjust or change item rates as needed. To modify the rate of an item, users should follow the steps below:

Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Masters menu.
  2. Select Inventory > Product.

  • Next 'Product window' will appear.
  • Select an item, then click on the Edit tab.
  • Suppose you select '7UP 600ML'.

  1. Then a 'Modify Product' window will appear in which the user can change the rates of item, i.e. M.R.P., P.Rate, S.Rate, etc., as per the requirement.
  2. Select the Additional Details section.

  • Enter the new rate that you want to change in M.R.P., Purchase Rate, Sale Rate, etc., as per the requirement.
  • After that, click on Save tab.
