Change the customer posting account
This option is very useful if you want to change the posting account details of a customer.
For this, you need to go to the START button- Options- System Maintenance
Now you need to come on the 3rd tab Change Value. You will find an option with the name Customer posting account. You need to click that option.
A window will open as shown in the image below.
Now as shown in the image above there are some fields that you need to select. First, you need to select the customer name to which you want to change the posting account.
Then the posing of that account which is set in the software will auto come in the current account. As shown in the image below.
Now in the New account column, You need to select that particular new account in which you want to merge the current account posting.
You can also select the date range from the time you want to change the entry of. Now once you are done with this process click on the Change button.
