What is a Change Value Definition?
The term value change refers to a daily adjustment made to software transactions. This option allows users to change the present value to a new one. Value change is the reconciliation of a pharma business's Present values to the New Values of transactions held by users in SwilERP software.
This option defines how to change the product name definition in SwilERP from the System Maintenance section.
What is the meaning of product name definition?
The Product name definition implies the product's name on display. Users can set the product name on display at their convenience. For example, you want to set the product display name in the sequence Product + Brand name + Strength + Unit; then you do this from the change values section. Follow the below-given steps to know the process:
Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the System> System Maintenance> Reposting> Repost Receipt Entry> Change Values.

How to change values of product name definition
- After that, the System maintenance window will appear.
- Go to the Change Values section and select the Product Name Definition option.
- There you will see four options to select:
- Brand+Product
- Product+ Brand
- Strength
- Unit
- Select the Sequence in which you want to change the product name of the display.
- Click on the Change button.
- After that, a notification of successfully updated will appear.
