How to Change Product Name Definition in SwilERP



The change values refers to an adjustment or difference made in software transactions. With this option, users can change the present value in a new value. Value change is the reconciliation of a business's Present values to the New Values of transactions held by users in SwilERP software.

The Product name definition indicates the product's name on display. Users can set the product name on display at their convenience. For example, you want to set the product display name in the sequence Product + Brand name + Strength; then you do this from the change values section.

Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to Menu> Options Section> System Maintenance.

How to change values of product name definition

  1. Go to the Change Values option and select Product Name Definition.
  2. There you will see four options to select:
    1. Brand+Product
    2. Product+ Brand
    3. Strength
    4. Unit
  3. Select the Sequence in which you want to change the product name of the display.
  4. Click on the Change button.
  5. After that, a notification of successfully updated will appear.
