How To View Company Wise Products Query in SwilERP
Overview
A Product Query provides details about the
product's company name. A query is a request for data or information from a database table or combination of tables, if a user wants to view company-wise details that they can do it from this option in the queries section.
Here is an option to view products' name company-wise in SwilERP, with this information you can easily categorize every product's detail. The user can also view the
marketing group, lot number, MRP, batch number, current stock, and stock location.
Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the Queries
section in SwilERP dashboard.
- Click on the Company Wise Product.
To view all products' company details
-
Go to the
Home
Tab.
-
If you also want to view
Nil
stock then, tick mark on the
Show Nil Stock Lots.

Click on the
View
tab.
-
There you'll see every
Company's name
along with their
products' name
and other details.

To view Lot Number wise Details

Open
Company wise product
window.
-
Select the
Lot Number
from the drop down list.

If you want to view
Manufacturer, Batch number, MRP
, wise details then select these options.

Users can also
Filter
the Products with the given option.

Click on the
View
tab.

Preview
your details from the given options

Go to the
Display
option.

Click on the
Print
and
Preview
option to print your query details.

your details into different Formats

Go to the
Display
option.

Click on the
'T'
point and there you'll see the options of different formats.

Select the
Option
in which you want to convert your details.
