COVID-19 Stock Report
As all the chemists are informed from the” Drug Department of India” that they need to supply the following medicines to the patients with doctors' prescriptions only. Also, you need to keep a photo copy of the doctor's prescription with the patient's phone number with you.
You need to send the stock details report of the following drugs to the government in a specified excel format till 5 PM daily.
The drugs are as follows-
If you maintain these generic in product master and you want that COVIT-19 attribute to auto-update in all the items in which these generic are used then follow this step.
You need to click the “i” button at the software right bottom screen, and click the “check update” a form will be visible to you with the name “Download dynamic form-update product attribute (COVID-19)” Tick mark the option and click ok as shown in the image.
Now go to roles and rights in the option and give access to this form and restart the software.
Now go to the START button - Options- Update product attribute (COVID-19). A form will open you need to save that form and your attributes will get autosave in all the products where you have used these generic names.
Please follow the instruction in RetailGraph to get the report of the following drugs.
You need to log in to the software first. After login, the software goes the START button- MASTERS- INVENTORY- Product Attribute
Click the start button to make a new attribute and mention the product attribute and attribute category. Here we took dosage in attribute category and attribute (i.e- 2 spoon a day or 2 tabs a day as per doctor prescribed) & COVID-19 as shown in the image
After this process you need to open the product from product master, For that go to START button- Masters- Inventory -Product. You need to search the product in the search bar of the form and edit it.
As you can see in the image above you need to select attributes for dosage and COVID-19.
[Note- You need to do the same process to all the products which are mentioned above in the list]
Now to see the sales & Stock statement report of the following products please follow the instructions below-
Go to START Button- Reports- Inventory Reports- Sales and Stock
Now a form will open in front of you like the image given below.
First, you need to select the date of the report, and in the report type option select- SUMMARY as mentioned in the image.
After that you can click on the product button and filter your products by selecting COVID-19 attribute as shown in the image & after applying filters your products will get visible at right side then click OK.
After this process click on the parameter Button as shown in the image given below. Once you open the parameters window by default you will find a tic mark on “Include challan qty & Include return qty” if you don’t find tic on these options please mark them tic and click the OK button.
Now After all this process you need to click on the “VIEW BUTTON”
Once you click on the view button your report will get start generating.
Remember once the report gets generated you need to know some points which are as follows.
The options are follows Name to display/ Branch/ Manufacturing co./ Marketing Group/ Prodprodconv/ Unit2/ Strength/ Opening Stock unit 1/ cl.stock as on(unit1)/ COVID-19/ Dosage.
Now you can export this report in Excel by clicking the mouse right button on the report and go to the export option and select the format type of the report, The report will get extract in that particular format.
Or at the top button, you have options to export in excel and other format types as shown in the image.
