How to Create Carrier (Transport) Master in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software


A carrier is a person or company that transports goods for any person or company. The SwilERP software also has a feature: if a vendor/software user wants to print transport names in the sales bill format, they can do it. Before this process, you must create a carrier master in your software. So in this article, we will learn how to create a Carrier Master.  Following the below process to learn this process.

Start with Login in the SwilERP software to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Masters Menu.
  2. Select Customer/Vendor > Carrier.

How to create Carrier master:

  1. A new window for Carrier creation will appear on the next slide.
  2. There you'll see all the Carrier details if you have created one.
  3. Users can also Edit in previously created Carrier.
  4. Go to the New option to create a new Carrier.

  1. Next, you will see the Carrier window will open, where you have to enter the details:-
  1. The First step is to enter the Carrier (Transport) in the Name column. 
  2. Fill up the details in the Address dialog box.
  3. Enter the Station,  Pin code, and other required details.
  4. Now, enter your Carrier's (Transporter) Contact and Email details.
  5. Select the Vendor Name or you can create a vendor here, by selecting the "New" option. (Please ensure that GST details are entered of the selected Vendor).
  6. To save the window, click on Save.
