How to Create HSN Code in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
The Harmonized System of Nomenclature (HSN) initially employed 6-digit codes for Customs and Central Excise classification. While 6-digit HSN codes are universally common for goods and services, there are also 4 or 8-digit codes specific to certain items. Under GST, HSN codes must be stated in every taxpayer's tax invoice. For SwilERP, default HSN codes are available, but users have the flexibility to create new codes in the master's section to suit their needs.
Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

Go to the
Masters> Inventory> HSN.
Process to Create HSN Code
A new window of creating a HSN code will appear in the next slide.
To create a new code, click on the
New
option.

First, you've to add
HSN
code
in the column.

Add a
Description
and
Remarks
to keep the information for further process.

Now, Select a
Tax Rate
which is applied on your product.

Select the
Unit
as a product in KG, MTR, LTR, etc.

If you want to show HSN in an
Exempted
Sale
then tick mark on it.
- To Sale in Box or Pieces both tick mark on Quantity in Loose .

Click on the
Save
option to save this page.

Users can view the list of created HSN Codes and also edit them easily

HSN
window.

Here
New, Edit, Print, Delete
and
Refresh
these options are available, you can choose any option according to your work.
