How to Create Order Book in SwilERP

Meaning of Order Book?

SwilERP featured an option of the purchase order book for their users in which they can create multiple orders at various duration. This is convenient to use because when your stock ends, you can easily add stock to the purchase order book. In the same way, you can add numerous products to the book.

If the buyer wants to create multiple product purchase orders in one window, they can create it from the purchase order book in Purchase Section. As per the user's convenience and depending on stock, the user can generate the purchase order at different times.


Here is the process to create an order book in SwilERP.


Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the Process

  1. Go to the Purchase> Order Book.

Create Purchase Orders for Multiple Products

In the Form of Purchase Book Order, users can generate multiple orders at the same time.
  1. Select the Series.
  2. Select a Product from the below-given list.
  3. Add the Quantity of the products and all further details will be filled automatically.
  4. If you want to write a Remark then write it on the remark's dialog box.
  5. After selecting Products you can Save the page and whenever you want to add a new product just open the window and concurrently add a new product.

After Adding Products, How can Order to Vendor?

  1. Tick-mark on the Product for which you want to create an order.
  2. Go to the above-given option of Order to Vendor and click on that, and the order will automatically generate.

How to View Ordered Products

  1. Click on the Ordered Product given on the top of the center.
  2. Then users will see a pop-up window showing ordered products, you can also Cancel your order in the same window.
