Step-by-Step Guide: Creating a User in Swil Unify


Create New User in Swil Unify is a tool for admins to add new people to Swil Unify. They fill in user details, set permissions, and possibly send notifications. It's important for smoothly bringing new users into the Swil Unify system.

Open the Swil Unify on your system to initiate the process:

  • You can access the login screen here.

  • Enter your registered email address in the provided field.

  • Input your password in the password field.

  • Now, click on the "Login" option.

  • Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen.
  • Look for the Users feature and click on it.

  • Here, you will find a list of all previously created users.

  • To add a new user, select the Create User option.

  • Enter the customer's email address and select a role (MANAGER, PURCHASE, SALES, REPORT)  from the dropdown menu.

  • Then, click 'Send Email' to initiate the verification process.

  • Now, check your email inbox for further instructions to verify your account.

  1. These are the MR-users to whom this company is sharing their reports. Here, you can continue or discontinue, and you can also replace a user to share reports.
