if in credit card, Ledger account group ‘Sundry Creditors’ is selected in the purchase & ‘Sundry Debtors is selected in Sales then all these transactions will be reflected in Payables/ Receivables respectively. 

And to clear all these transactions from Payables/Receivables, we need to adjust the same in Payment and Receipt by selecting an account.

8. After doing the above process. transactions won’t reflect in Payment/Receivables. Apart from it, we can also change the account group of the account which is selected in credit card type as shown in the below image.

In this case, we don’t need to make receipt/ payment entry as credit card transactions won’t show in receivable/payable.
