How to view Customer Ledger Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


The Customer Ledger report in SwilERP presents a comprehensive list of sales transactions for each customer within a specified period. It allows users to view detailed information, including invoice numbers, net amounts, receipt dates, payment modes, receipt amounts, balances, due balances, and additional relevant details. This report is vital for customer-wise sales transaction analysis.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Starts> Reports> Sales Report> Customer Ledger.

Process to view Customer Ledger Report

  1. Select the Date Range ''From'' to "To", in which you want to view the details.
  2. If you want to view location wise details, then select it from the Location section.
  3. Select the Report Type from the given option.
  4. Tick-mark on the options, if required:
    1. Only unadjusted transactions
    2. Print PDC entries
    3. Print Opening Balance
    4. Show Cash Sales Invoice
  1. Select Customer name and Posting A/c from the drop-down list, whose report you want to view.
  2. Click on the View option.
  3. And, there you'll see customer's ledger report.

How can you analyze sales transactions?

In this section, you can analyze your customer ledger report. You can find this report similar to the pivot table, in which you can view the sales details.
  1. Go to the Analysis section.
  2. Select the details as same as you selected in the Home section.
  3. Click on the View option.
  4. After that, Choose fields to add to report. Tick-mark on the options; then, they will automatically field in the below-given areas.
  5. You can also Drag fields between below-given four areas: Filter, Columns, Rows, Values.
  6. The data reflect in the Analysis Grid section.

  1. Click on the Chart tab to view the report in chart format.
  2. Here you'll see the report's chart along with reflected every detail.

  1. You can also view the report in Raw Data, where you can find every detail.
  2. Click on the raw data and there you will sales transaction report.

To print and preview the report

In SwilERP, you can take print or preview the report. Follow the below-given steps to know more the process:
  1. Go to the Display option.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview option to print your transaction report.

To export the file in excel format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the ''T'' button, and there, you'll see the options to convert your report into an excel file.
