How to View Customer Points Report in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


What are customer points?


The primary advantage of points is that they can be used to avail discounts during shopping. Once a certain number of points are accumulated, you can redeem these points to avail of rebates and discounts on your purchases.

In the SwilERP, there is an option to view the Customer Points details in the 'Reports' section. In this Report, you can view the details of customer names, opening points, add points, less points, expired points, and balance points.


Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Reports:
  1. Select Sales Reports > Customer points.

How to view the Customer Points (detail):

  1. Go to the Home tab.
  2. In 'As On Date, ' select the date till which you want to view the Report.
  3. Select the Report Type as in summary / Detail in which you want to view the report data.
  4. Users can apply a filter in the Customer tab.
  5. Click on the View option.

How to convert Report into a Chart form:

  1. From the Home tab.
  2. To convert Report into chart form, click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the Chart form, many types of chart forms; select which you want to convert the Report.

How to Analyze the data:

  1. Go to the Analysis tab.
  2. Click on the View tab.
  3. You can choose fields to add to the Report according to the requirements.
  4. Enter the name from which you want to save the Report and click on the Save option.
  5. Select the name from the drop-down list to open the previous Report and click on the 'Open' tab.
  6. If you want to remove the previous Report, select that name from the drop-down list, then Open the Report and click on the Remove tab.
  7. You can Export/Import the Report given these options.
  8. If required, you can set the Grid from the given option.

How to view and analyze data in Chart form:

  1. After analysis of the data, click on the given Chart option.

How to Print and Preview the Report:

  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. To take the printout, click on the Print and Preview tab.

How to export the report into Excel and other formats:

  1. From the Display tab.
  2. Click on the 'T' point to export the report into excel and other formats.
