How to View Daily Check List in SwilERP
What is Daily Check List?
A checklist is a list of all the information that you want to find out. Users can view the purchase records of the particular duration they want. You can find the following transactions' Invoice detail, Return detail, Cancel Bill detail, Payment detail, and Series wise total in the checklist report.
In the other way, a daily checklist report is used to view daily purchase transaction data. Reports help the top line in decision-making and communicate the planning, policies, and other matters regarding business. The reports will also help you to manage your inventory data. From this, you're aware of every transaction created in the purchase section.
Below is the process you need to follow for viewing check list in SwilERP.
Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the Process
- Go to Starts> Reports> Purchase Reports> Check List.

Process to View Invoice Check List
A new window of daily purchase check list will appear in the next slide. Follow the steps to know the process:
- Select the Date Range in which you want to view the details.
- Now, select the Time Range "From" to "To" in the columns.
- Enter Invoice Number "From" to "To", and select Payment Mode as all, cash, credit, cheque, credit card.
- Tick-mark on the options, if Required:
- Series wise
- Day wise
- Payment detail
- Account wise
- Filter the Series and User from the given options.
- Click on the View option.
- And, there you will see purchase daily check list report in Invoice Detail tab.

Process to View Return Check List
This option allows users to view their products' return details under a specific date range.
- Enter the details as same as the above-given information.
- Enter number "From" to "To" in the Return column, to view the return invoice details.
- Click on the View option.
- And, there you will see return check list report in Return Detail tab.

Cancel Bill Detail
In this section, users can view the canceled bills in detail on a specific date and time range.
- Select the details as same as the above-given information in the invoice or return tab.
- Click on the View tab.
- And, there you will see cancel bill details.

Payment Details
To view the payment details according to selected date range and time, go to the payment detail tab.
- Select the details as same as the above-given information in the invoice or return tab.
- You have to tick mark on the Payment Detail option.
- Click on the View tab.
- And, there you will see payment details.

Series Wise Total
There is also an option to view the series-wise total.
- First, you have to tick mark on the Series Wise option.
- Click on the View and Go to the Series Wise Total tab.
- And, there you will see details.
