How to View the Date-Wise Profits Report in SwilERP


The Date Wise Profit report is a useful tool for tracking the profitability and cost of stock items without altering stock values. In SwilERP software, users can access this report through the Profit and Analysis Report feature, which provides detailed information such as entry date, sales value, cost value, margin, and margin percentage. Users can easily generate and view this report by following a few simple steps.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
  1. Go to the Reports section:
  2. Select Profit Reports > Date Wise Profits.

How to view the details in the next slide :

  1. Go to the Home section.
  2. Select the Date Range 'From to To.'
  3. If required, tick the mark in the Deduct Return/ Deduct Cash Discount box; after that, the profit will be deducted accordingly.
  4. If required, select Series.
  5. Now, click on the View tab.

How to view the report in Chart form :

  1. From the Home section.
  2. Click on the Chart tab.
  3. Inside the Chart tab, there are given many chart options; select the required chart form.

How to analyze the details:

  1. Go to the Analysis tab.
  2. Select the Date Range from which you want to view data.
  3. Click on the View tab.
  4. Use the field list to arrange fields in a Pivot Table.
  5. After choosing fields, you will see the data in Analysis Grid.
  6. Enter the name and click on the Save tab to save this report.
  7. If you want to open the previous report, enter that report name and click on the Open tab.
  8. Users can Remove/Export, and Import the report as their requirement.
  9. You can set Grid as per the requirement.

How to use the Areas Section:

  1. Use the areas section (at the bottom) of the field list to rearrange fields the way you want by dragging them between the four areas. 
  2.  Fields that you place in different areas are shown in the PivotTable as follows:
1. Filters  
2. Columns
3. Rows
4. Values

How to view the Analysis data in chart form:

  1. After analyzing the data, if you want to view the details in the chart form, click on the given chart option.

How to view the Raw data details in the same window:

  1. Click on the given 'Raw Data' option to view the raw data of stock.

How to Print/Preview and Export report:

     If the user wants to take a Print and Preview of this report and convert it into Excel format, follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Display tab.
  2. Click on the Print and Preview tab to print your report.
  3. From the 'T' point, the user can convert this report into Excel, Text, PDF, or HTML format.
