How to delete unused lots from System Maintenance


This option is generally used in that case where you have made lots of multiple or single products in the software. Now those lots are useless and you don’t want their details to rectify to the product master, In that case to delete these unused lots we have this option.


To run this option you need to go to START button- Options- System Maintenance


A window will open as shown in the image given below. You need to go to the 4th tab which is “Facilities” now you need to click on the Delete unused lots followed by the image.






This will ask you to continue with the yes and no option(Maybe it may take time, Depending on your data). You need to click on YES and proceed. 


Now once your lots get deleted a success message will come as shown in the image below.
