How Do You Quickly Add Branches in Swil Unify



The Branch Form in Swil Unify allows admins to set up new branches by filling in essential information, such as branch name, address, contact details, and industry-specific licenses (e.g., drug, food, restaurant). Admins can also upload GST and PAN certificates for compliance. This tool makes it easy to manage and expand branch operations within Swil Unify.

Open the Swil Unify on your system to initiate the process:

  • Enter your registered email address in the provided field.

  • Input your password in the password field.

  • Now, click on the "Login" option.

  1. After logging in, you'll arrive at the Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Branches feature on the Dashboard.
  3. Click on Branches to access branch management options.

  • The Branches screen will open, displaying any existing branches (currently, it appears empty).
  • To add a new branch, click the + Add Branch button at the top right.

    Here's how you can fill out the branch form:

    Personal Info Section:
    1. First and Last Name: Enter your name (e.g., "Sarnam Singh").
    2. Email Address: Enter your email.
    3. Phone Number: Enter your phone number.
    4. Password: Set a password (hidden by default).
    Additional Info Section:
    1. License/Registration Numbers: Enter any relevant license or registration numbers (e.g., Drug License No., Food Registration No., etc.).
    2. Company Phone No.: Enter an alternate contact number for the company.
    Branch Info Section:
    1. Branch Name: Enter the name of the branch (e.g., "Swil Pharmacy").
    2. Alias: Provide an alias (optional).
    3. Enter Street Address, City, State, Country.
    4. ​Unique ID: Enter a unique identification code for the branch.
    5. Branch Type: Select the type of branch (e.g., Pharmacy, Wholesale).
    6. Turnover Details: Specify the turnover details for the branch.
    Documents Certificate Section:
    1. GST Certificate: Click on "Choose File" to upload the GST certificate.
    2. PAN Certificate: Click on "Choose File" to upload the PAN certificate.
    3. After filling out all the information, click Create Branch at the bottom to save the branch information.
