Effortless Order Packing Process with SwilSORT Mobile App

Step-by-Step Guide to Packing Orders in SwilSORT 


After reviewing the order, the next crucial step in the order process is packing. With the delivery status now indicating that your order has entered the packing stage, we will guide you through the process of advancing the delivery status to the next level. In this article, we will provide a comprehensive overview of how to efficiently move from packing to the next stages. Let's start the process in SwilSORT mobile app:

Initiating the Order Packing Process:

Open the SwilSORT Mobile app on your device to initiate the next process:

  1. Enter your registered Email Address in the provided field.
  2. Enter your mobile application Password in the password field.
  3. Click on the "Login" option. Reference Image:
     
  1. Once logged in, select your company.
  2. View the dashboard screen to see total orders and other details.
  3. Click on the three horizontal lines (menu icon) to access the Order Packing menu, or select it directly from the dashboard screen. Reference Image: Reference Image:

  1. After selecting the "Order Packing" option, you will be able to see invoices, challans, and orders that have been successfully reviewed and are now awaiting packing.
  2. Here you can search orders by Customer name/Order number and By Tray. Reference Image:


  1. If needed Filter orders by Employee, Transaction and Series name to streamline your search.
  2. And you can Sort orders by Net amount, Customer name, Order number, and Delivery Date/Time. Reference Image:

  1. Now select the order which you want to pack. Reference Image:

  1. To view invoice details, simply click on the "i" icon, and the Sales invoice details will be opened for your reference.
  2. In case you need to further refine the view, you can utilize the Sort Filter option. Reference Image:

  1. Firstly click on the Submit, which will prompt a pop-up window to enter remarks. Reference Image:

  1. Firstly enter the No of Boxes of your order.
  2. Now, enter the Remarks as per requirement.
  3. Press "Continue" to proceed, which will move the order "Ready for Delivery". Reference Image:

In the Order Fulfillment window of SwilERP, you will observe:
  1. Your order has moved from the "Packing" stage to the "Ready for Delivery" stage. This means your order is prepared and ready for delivery. Reference Image:
