How to Enable or Disable GST Column in Sales Bill in SwilERP

In SwilERP Software, there is an option to enable the GST Column in the Sales billing window. After that, you can see easily applied tax on products. In this article, we will discuss how to do this process:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Sales Menu > Sales Invoice option.
  2. To create a new invoice, click on the "New" option.

  1. After that Sales Invoice window will appear on the Next slide.
  2. Go to the View tab, and click on the Grid Layout option.
  3. Or, you can select the Set Grid Layout by clicking the right side of your mouse.

  1. After this, 'Set Grid Layout' window will open.
  2. Now, search for the Tax option in it.

  1. After that, you will see here are three types of columns shown in the window: 
    1. Visible- To visible the column in sales window. 
    2. Allow Focus- To edit in the selected column. 
    3. Locked- If you want to view the non-editable column, then tick mark on the locked check box.
  2. To add the GST (Tax) column in the sales invoice menu,  tick-mark on the Visible and Allow Focus tab (here, tick-mark the options as per your requirements).
  3. Click on the set for all users to set this grid for all users. 
  4. And, Save the window.

  1. After following the above steps, the GST column will be enabled in the sales bill.

Note: If you want to hide Tax Columns from the sales bill window, go to the Set Grid Layout window and untick in that options which you want to disable from the sales bill.
