How to Enter Mobile Number in Party Ledger in SwilERP

SwilERP software has a feature where users can enter and modify the mobile number in the existing Party Ledger account. In this article, we will explain how to do this process. Follow the below easy, simple steps to know the process:

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Masters menu.
  2. Select Accounts > Ledger Account.

  1. In the next slide, you will see all the existing Ledger accounts.
  2. Select the party ledger account in which you want to enter the mobile no.
  3. After selecting the account, click on the Edit tab.

  • Next selected party's Ledger Account window will open.
  • Now enter mobile number beside the Mobile number field.
  • Click on the Save tab to save the changes.
