How to View Profit & Loss Account in SwilERP Enterprise Software
The Profit and Loss account in SwilERP Enterprise software, available under Consolidated Data, succinctly captures a business's annual financial performance, highlighting net profit or loss. This tool is indispensable for traders, offering a quick yet comprehensive overview of revenue, expenses, and overall profitability to inform strategic decision-making.
Start with Login in the SwilERP to initiate the process
- Go to Menu > Consolidated Data
- Select Account Reports > Profit and Loss Account.

Here are the steps to view the Consolidated P&L data:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Select the Date Range 'From to To' till which you want to view the report.
- Tick a mark in the Last Year Comparison, If you want to view compression in both years.
- Click on the View tab.

View Closing Stock Details:
- Go to the Closing Stock tab and double-click on it.
- A new pop-up window of Product wise current stock details will appear on the next slide.
- Here you can view the Products' name, Current stock, Stock as on, Rate, and Stock Value details along with their total amount.
- Users can also view the following details:
- Account name
- Stock location
- Closing Stock as on 31st March
- Closing Stock as on the current date
- Branch name
- Grand total amount
