How to Export Consolidated Data of GSTR2 in SwilERP


GSTR-2 is a form that businesses use to report their purchases. It includes details about the goods and services they bought and the related invoices. This helps the government check and confirm claims for input tax credits, making sure taxes are recorded correctly.

If you want to view data from multiple locations in one place, export your GSTR-2 consolidated data. Authorized users can log in with their admin credentials and select the "Consolidate Data" option.


Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to Initiate the Process

  1. Go to the Consolidated Data> GST Forms (Offline Tool)> GSTR2 (Excel).
  2. A new window of GSTR2 (Excel) will appear in next slide.

How to Export GSTR2 File in Excel Format

  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" in the respective columns. For example, you selected from 1st November to 30th November.
  2. Tick mark on the Export Supplier Name, if you want to export it.
  3. Press OK to export it.

  1. A new window to select the Path will appear in next slide.
  2. Enter the File Name and Save the excel in selected path.

How to View Data in Excel File

  1. After saving the window, an Excel file will open.
  2. Here you can view all the Purchase details in their respective columns.
  3. Review the details on the Excel sheet to ensure accuracy before proceeding with the upload into the Offline Utility.
