How to Export Consolidated GSTR-1 in JSON Format using SwilERP Enterprise

Form GSTR-1 is a return statement in which a regular dealer needs to capture all the outward supplies made during the month or quarter. In simple words, GSTR-1 is a return in which details of sales and other outward supplies need to be captured.

GSTR-1 is a monthly or quarterly return that should be filed by every registered GST taxpayer, except for a few, as given in further sections. It contains details of all outward supplies i.e. sales. The return has a total of 13 sections.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to Menu > Consolidated Data
  2. Select GST Forms (For GSTN) > Export GSTR1 (Json).

Process to export GSTR-1 JSON:

Proceed to the next slide where a new pop-up window will be displayed.
  1. Select the Date Range "From" to "To" which data you want to convert into Excel. (For example, you selected the 1st of Nov to 30th Nov)
  2. Tick mark on the Export Debit Note in CDNR to include it into GST report.
  3. Press OK to continue.

  1. While clicking on the "OK" button, a new window will appear for selecting a destination of the exported file.

  2. Select the File Path where you want to save your file.

  3. ​Click on the Save option to save it.
