How to Export GSTR-1(Excel) Data in SwilERP Software


What is GSTR-1 Data ?

Form GSTR-1 is a return statement in which a regular dealer needs to capture all the outward supplies made during the month or quarter. In simple words, GSTR-1 is a return in which sales details and other outward supplies need to be captured. GSTR-1 is a monthly or quarterly return that should be filed by every registered GST taxpayer, except for a few.
 
Note:-

1) Before starting the process, ensure you have downloaded the latest version of SwilERP (For this, you can contact your local service provider or make a ticket on Support.swildesk.com.

2) To download government offline tool please click the link given below:

Here is the process for exporting GSTR-1 into (Excel) new format:

Start with Login SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the GST tab.
  2. Select GST Forms (For Offline Tool) >Export GSTR 1 (Excel) New.

  1. How to Export GSTR-1 (Excel) New:

  1. After clicking on export GSTR-1 (Excel) New option a pop-up window will open, select the Date-Range 'From to To' in it.
  2. Now, click on the Ok.

  1. While clicking Ok, a new window for selecting a path will appear.
  2. Select the File Path and enter the file name to save it.
  3. Click on Save button.

  1. After saving the file destination, an excel file will open in your system.
  2. The Excel file shows B2B, B2CS, Exp, SEZ, and Documents details.
  3. You can check the details on the Excel sheet before uploading it into Offline Utility.

So it was the process of how you could export the GSTR-1 data in the new excel format. After exporting the data, you can also upload the data on the government portal.
