How to Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New Form in SwilERP


What is GSTR-1 Data?

Form GSTR-1 is a return statement in which a regular dealer needs to capture all the outward supplies made during the month or quarter. In simple words, GSTR-1 is a return in which sales details and other outward supplies need to be captured. GSTR-1 is a monthly or quarterly return that should be filed by every registered GST taxpayer, except for a few.

In the SwilERP software, there is an option to export the GSTR-1 data in the (JSON) New GST form:

Here is the process for exporting GSTR-1 into (JSON) new GST Form:

Start with Login SwilERP dashboard to  initiate  the process:

  1. Go to the GST tab.
  2. Select option GST Forms (For GSTIN) > Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New.

  1. How to Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New GST Form:

  1. After clicking on the export GSTR-1 (JSON) New option, a pop-up window will open; select the  Date-Range  'From to To' in it.
  2. You can export the data Monthly/Quarterly at your convenience.
  3. Now, click on Ok .

  1. While clicking Ok, a  new window for selecting a path  will appear.
  2. Select the  File Path  and enter the file name to save it.
  3. Click on ' Save'   button.

After saving the file destination, the JSON file will export. So this was the process of exporting the GSTR-1 JSON form.
