How to Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New in SwilERP
Form GSTR-1 is a return statement where every regular GST-registered dealer reports all outward supplies (sales) made during a month or quarter. In simple words, it contains the details of sales and other outward supplies that must be filed by taxpayers, except for those exempted.
Steps to Export GSTR-1 (JSON) in SwilERP:
Log in to the SwilERP dashboard.
Go to the GST tab.
Select GST Forms (For GSTIN).
Click on Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New.
Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New GST Form
After selecting Export GSTR-1 (JSON) New, a pop-up window will appear.
In the window, choose the Date Range (From – To) for which you want to export the data.
You can export the data monthly or quarterly, as per your requirement.
Click on OK to generate and export the file.
Saving the GSTR-1 (JSON) File
After clicking OK, a new window will open to select the file path.
Choose the location where you want to save the file.
Enter a file name.
Finally, click on the Save button to export the GSTR-1 (JSON) file.
