How to Export GSTR 3B (JSON) File in SwilERP

What is GSTR-3B?


GSTR-3B is a monthly self-declaration filed by a registered GST dealer along with GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 return forms. It is a simplified return to declare summary GST liabilities for a tax period.  In SwilERP Software there is an option in the 'GST' tab to export GSTR 3B (JSON) file. Follow the below procedure for exporting GSTR 3B (JSON):

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the GST tab.
  2. Select GST Forms(For GSTIN) > Export GSTR 3B (JSON).

   After that, a new pop-up window will appear:

  1. Follow the below-given steps to export data:

  1. Select the Date Range 'From to To'. (For instance, you selected the 1st April to 20 Oct Date Range).
  2. Next, click on "Ok".

  1. After clicking on the "Ok" button, a new window will appear. Please select the file path and, enter the file name, then Save it.

    Note:- After exporting the file, you can directly upload this file on the government GST website.
To upload the file, follow the below process:-
  1. First, enter your Login id & password  (which is provided by government) on the government portal.
  2. Then select your file path from your saved data and upload it.
