How to Export/ Import Cheque Format in SwilERP (RetailGraph)


SwilERP has a feature for exporting & importing cheque book as business requires. Every business requires Cheque books from multiple banks to do transactions, and handling those Cheques becomes hectic and time consuming. Whereas the user can Export and Import Cheque Format using SwilERP Software.

Users can easily export the cheque book format from SwilERP and make the required changes to it. After making changes, they can back import the file into the software.

Start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:

  1. Go to the Options Menu> Export/ Import Data.
  2. After that, a new window of Export/ Import data will appear in the next slide.

How to Export Cheque Book Format

  1. Go to the Export/ Import Format option.
  2. The window will ask you to enter the password to open it. For password, you can contact your local service provider or make a ticket on support.swilindia.com.
  3. After that, select the Transaction name as Cheque Book.
  4. Also, select the Format name as Cheque Book.
  5. Click on the Export option to export the XML File format.

  1. After that, a new window for selecting a path will appear in the next slide.
  2. Enter the File Name and Save the file in the selected file destination.
  3. Then, "Format File Exported Successfully" notification appears. Press Ok to continue.

  1. Open the XML file, and make needful changes in the Format as required.
  2. And, Save the file after changes.

How to Import Cheque Book Format

  1. After making changes, you Must Import the new file into RetailGraph Software.
  2. Open the Export/ Import Data window.
  3. Select the Transaction and Format name as cheque book.
  4. Click on the Import option and select the file path where your file is saved.
  5. Open it.
