How to Export Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF) Data in Excel file In SwilERP
What is Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF)?
Effective from January 1, 2021, the Invoice Furnishing Facility is an optional feature that allows you to upload invoices for the first two months of a quarter. During these two months, you can use IFF to add information related to your B2B invoices and CDNR (Credit/Debit Notes-Registered). For the last quarter month, you must file returns with Form GSTR-1.
In SwilERP software, there is an option in the 'GST' tab, to Export Invoice Furnishing Facility data in (Excel) format.
Important notes to be noted:
1) Before starting the process, ensure you have downloaded the latest version of SwilERP (For this, you can contact your local service provider or make a ticket on Support.swildesk.com.
2) To download the offline government tool, please click the link given below:
Start with Login SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process:
- Go to the GST tab.
- Select Form (For Offline Tool) > Invoice Furnishing Facility (Excel).
Reference Window:
- After clicking Invoice Furnishing Facility(Excel) option, a pop-up window will open.
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To" which data you want to convert into Excel. (For example, you selected 1st Apr to 20th Oct.
- If you tick mark in Export Debit Note in CDNR, details will show accordingly in excel file.
Reference Window:
- While clicking Ok, a new window for selecting a path will appear.
- Select the File Path and enter the file name to save it.
- Click on the Save button.

- After saving the file destination, an excel file will open on your system.
- The excel file shows the details of B2B, B2BA, CDNR, etc.
- You can check the details on the excel sheet before uploading it into Offline Utility.

Note: So it was the process of how you could export the data of invoice Furnishing Facility(Excel). After exporting the data, you can also upload the data on the government portal.
