How to Export Invoice Furnishing Facility in JSON File in SwilERP
What is Invoice Furnishing Facility (IFF)?
Effective from January 1, 2021, the Invoice Furnishing Facility is an optional feature that allows you to upload invoices for the first two months of a quarter. During these two months, you can use IFF to add information related to your B2B invoices and CDNR (Credit/Debit Notes-Registered). For the last quarter month, you must file returns with Form GSTR-1. For example, you can upload invoices through IFF for January and February for the quarter running from January to March. Invoices for March have to be uploaded in Form GSTR-1.
Through SwilERP, users can easily export the JSON file to upload it into GST Portal. Do follow the below-given steps to know the process.
Kindly Note:
Before starting the process, ensure you have downloaded the latest version of SwilERP (For this, you can contact your local service provider or make a ticket on Support.swildesk.com.
Now, start with login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the GST> GST Forms (For GSTN)> Invoice Furnishing Facility (JSON)

How to Export the JSON File
After that, a new pop-up window will appear in the next slide. Follow the below-given steps to convert data into JSON file:
- Select the Date Range "From" to "To" which data you want to convert into excel. (For example, you selected the 1st of August to 31st August date range)
- Tick-Mark on the to include it into GST.
- Press "OK" to continue.
As shown in the below-given image:
While clicking on the "OK" button, a new window will appear for selecting a destination of the exported file.
Select the File Path where you want to save your file.
Click on the Save option to save it.

Note: This is the process of how you can export the data of invoice Furnishing Facility in JSON. After exporting the data, you can also upload the data on the government portal.
