How To Import/Export Data In SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software


What is Import/Export Process?

The Export Transaction feature in SwilERP allows users to generate transaction details in various formats for sharing or uploading purposes. Users can choose file formats like XML or CSV to export transactions such as Sales/Purchase invoices, Debit/Credit Notes, Receipt/Payment entries, and Reconcile stock entries. This article provides step-by-step instructions on Importing/Exporting Sales transactions through the SwilERP software, making the process seamless and efficient.

Start with Login in the SwilERP software to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Options section from the SwilERP dashboard.
  2. Then, click on the Export/Import Data.

After that Export/Import Data window appears, in which you'll see the following options in the ribbon section. From here, you can choose a master to export/import data; for example, you choose the 'Export Transaction' from the Transaction section.

  5. Resources
  6. Others

  1. How to Export Transaction:

  1. Go to the Transaction section and click on Export Transaction.
  2. Select the File format from the given options in which you want to Export the file.
  3. Select the Transaction name from the drop-down list which you want to export.
  4. The Entry number will automatically be filled according to the transaction series.
  5. Select the "Date Range" in which you want to export the data. 
  6. Select the Customer Name to whom you sold the Product.
  7. Similarly, select the Refer By name, if needed.
  8. If you want to update the Tax Rate, then select it from the Tax Type column.
  9. Tick-Mark on the options, if required:

    1. Export All Products
    2. Generate Separate Files for Each Transaction
    3. Export Unique ID Image

  1. Press OK.

  1. After that, a new window will Appear for Selecting File Path to save the file.
  2. Choose your Path and click on the Save option.

  1. After that, you will get a "Data Exported Successfully" message in a pop-up window.
  2. Press OK to continue.

  Note:- Follow the same above process to Import Transaction.
