Whatever the business, we know how important selling and buying is for brick and mortar retailers/wholesalers. The journey to a successful business begins with product purchase and ends with its sale. Thus, it is always better for business owners to have full control of both their sales and purchases. It not only brings the business to the current market trend but also generates higher revenue. This blog shows you how RetailGraph thinks about the benefits of its customers. Not only at the selling-end, but also provides robust features for the purchasing-end.
In addition to its robust features, the developers of RetailGraph have offered a feature in the software. The feature retains your last purchase price from the vendor and helps you to remember your purchasing price in your next purchase. This establishes your more prominent relationship with your vendors and facilitates transparency.
In RetailGraph, you get this feature into the "Masters" property. To avail of this, you have to call a feature "Recall Purchase Rate" while deciding a product category in your inventory in the "Product Category" page. This feature will give you convenience while purchasing the product. It shows how much discount you got from the vendor's end at the last purchase transaction with the same vendor. It allows you to get the same rate on your next product purchase.
To use this functionality, you can easily navigate to the option by using the following steps:
1. Click on the Start button.
2.Select Masters-> Inventory-> Product Category.
3. Click New on the Product Category page.
4. The Product Category window opens for a new product category.
5. Enter the required details and tick mark the Recall Purchase Rate property at the bottom of the window.
6. Click on the Save button.
