How to Create Purchase Order Book in SwilERP

Meaning of purchase order book 

SwilERP featured an option of purchase order book for their users in which they can create multiple orders at various duration. This is absolutely convenient to use because when your stock became to an end you can easily add stock to the purchase order book, in the same way, you can add numerous products to the book. 

If the buyer wants to create multiple product purchase orders in one window then they can create it from the purchase order book in Purchase Section. As per convenience of the user and depending on stock, user can generate the purchase order at different times.

To Create multiple purchase orders follow these steps

From the Dashboard

  1.  In the section on Purchase: 
    1. Go to Purchase Order> Purchase Order Book. 
Note: Shortcut key of this press Ctrl+F11.

Create Purchase orders for multiple products 

  1. In Form of Purchase Book Order:
    1. Select the Series. 
    2. Select a Product from the below-given list.
    3. Add the Quantity of the products and all further details will be filled automatically. 
    4. If you want to write a Remark then write it on the remark's dialog box. 
    5. After selecting Products you can Save the page and whenever you want to add a new product just open the window and concurrently add a new product.

After the Purchase order, how can Order to Vendor?

  1. Select the Product for which you want to create an order.
  2. Go to the above-given option of Order to Vendor and click on that.

How to View Ordered Products

  1. Click on the Ordered Product given on the top of the center.
  2. Then users will see a pop-up window showing ordered products, you can also Cancel your order in the same window.

To Print and Preview the Purchase Order 

  1. Go to the View option.
  2. Click on the Preview and Print option to print your orders.
