How to Generate Sales Order & Convert into Sales Invoice in SwilERP (RetailGraph)
What is Sales Order?
A sales order is a commercial document prepared by a seller and to a customer. It confirms the products or goods and details the specifics, including the quantity, pricing, and quality of products or goods. It also gives information about the anticipated delivery date, delivery address, payment terms, and other terms and logistics of the sale.
Start with Login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process
- Go to the Sales Menu> Sales Order.

Process to Generate Sales Order

First, enter the
Customer
name.

Enter
Reference number,
if needed.

Select the
Product name
from the drop-down list or you can create it manually.
- MRP and Rate will be automatically add into the columns.

Enter the
Quantity
of your product which you want to order.

Save
the window with the given option.

Convert Order into Sales Invoice
If you want to convert order into invoice then, you can convert it from the sales invoice section.

Go to the
Sales Invoice.

Select the
customer's name
and then a
pop-up
window will appear of pending orders.

Press OK, and go to the
Clear Order
option.

Tick-mark on the Invoice number, which you want to convert into
sales invoice.

Then Press OK.

After selecting the
invoice number, product details will be filed automatically.

Save
the page with the given-option.
