How to Give User Rights in SwilERP (RetailGraph) Software

The mandate given to the users enables them to access the software's menu option. If you want to give a user the right to a specific menu, you can do it from this option. Also, you can remove any feature for a particular user. Access rights are an individual user's permissions to Add, Edit, Delete, Print, Lock, and other rights to access the SwilERP software.

Start with Login in the SwilERP dashboard to initiate the Process:

  1. Go to Masters > Resources > Role.

  1. Here you will see all the Created User Lists in SwilERP software.
  2. New, Edit, Print, Delete, and Refresh options are available in this window.
  3. Select the User to whom you want to give access to the menu. (For example, you selected Store Head (Administrator)).
  4. Now, click on the Edit option to give the rights.

How to Give Access to Enable Menu feature:

  1. For example, you want to give the Sales Invoice option rights to the user.
  2. Double-click on the sales menu, and then all the options will display on the screen.

  1. Select the Sales Invoice option & after that, you will see the selected option next to the screen on the right side.
  2. If you want to give access to the menu, then:
    1. Untick the No option.
    2. And tick marks in Add, Edit, Delete, Print, Browse, Cancel, Edit(Locked), Print(Locked), Delete(Locked), and Draft options as per required permissions.
    3. If you want to remove access to the menu, then: Tick mark only on the "No" option and untick all the other options.
  3. And now, Save the window with the given option.

Note: After giving user rights, you can re-login to your SwilERP Software. All the granted access will appear after re-login the Software.
