How to Set Grid Layout and Search Options in SwilERP


What is Grid Layout in SwilERP?

SwilERP offers the flexibility to customize your view with the Set Grid Layout feature. Adjust columns conveniently while performing transactions or viewing reports. Modify grid layout across all sections, add or remove columns effortlessly. Follow the process to tailor your SwilERP experience.

Start with Login in SwilERP dashboard to initiate the process

For example, you selected sales invoice for set a grid layout.
  1. Go to the View tab, click on the Grid Layout.
  2. Or, you can select the grid layout by clicking right side of your mouse.

How to Set Grid Layout?

  1. You can select any tab from the given options.
  2. There are three types of columns shown in the window:
    1. Visible- To visible the column in window.
    2. Allow Focus- To edit the column.
    3. Locked- If you want to view non-editable column, then tick mark on the locked tab.
  1. For example: If you want to add Barcode column in the sales invoice menu, then tick-mark on the Visible and Allow Focus tab.
  2. Click on the set for all users to set this grid for your users.
  3. And, Save the window.

  1. After saving the window you'll see the Barcode column in sales invoice menu.

Note: This is the same process to Set Grid Layout for every transaction and report.

How to find menu with search option in SwilERP

In SwilERP, you can easily search transaction menu, masters, reports, etc. Follow the below-given steps to know the process.

To search the transaction menu:
  1. Go to the Start button.
  2. Here you will see a Search bar on the bottom side.
  3. Write the option name and there you will see the transaction name.

To search the product from product master:
  1. Go to the Masters> Inventory> Product.
  2. There you see all products list.
  3. Click on the Blank column and enter the product name you want to search.
  4. When you entered the product name, related product will automatically appear on screen.

Note: The search option is same for search product, vendor/customer, doctor, etc.
