How to view Group-Product/Product wise stock in SwilERP


What is Group-Product/ Product Stock?

The Group-Product is similar to product wise stock. That means they are helpful in the classification of stock items. You can view products' stock items under the different stock groups to reflect their classification based on some common features such as total stock, brand, product, marketing group, category, stock location, MRP, and so on.

In SwilERP, you can find this option in reports section in product wise stock form. With this option, you can generate the report by selecting as on date and some other parameters. This report will help you to verify your stock data products' group and only product wise. Follow the below-given steps to know the process:

Start with login in SwilERP Dashboard to initiate the process

  1. Go to the Reports> Product Wise Stock> Group-Product Wise Stock

How to View the Report

  1. Enter the Date Range "As on Date" in which you want to view the report.
  2. Select Report Type as in Details, Summary or Lot Wise Detail.
  3. Tick-Mark on the Virtual/ Show Nil Stock/ Show Discontinued for view products under these given options.
  4. Now, you can also apply the filters on the Product and Manufacture at your convenience.
  5. Click on the View option.
  6. And then, you will see the details according to your Selected Data.

To View the Report in Chart Format

  1. First, select any column from the appearing window.
  2. Click on the Chart option to view it in a chart option.
  3. Here you will see Multiple options to the data in difference ways.

How to take Print or Preview and Convert it in Excel Format

  1. Go to the Display section.
  2. Click on the Print & Preview option to take a printout for the same.
  3. Go to the "T" option and click on the excel format to convert it into Excel Format.
